Yoga improves balance and endurance

The  western world is surely waking up to benefits yoga.Indiana University encouraged senior stroke victims to practice yoga for an hour , two times a week. The yoga therapist had modified the poses so that the stroke patients could do them with ease.

After eight weeks, it was found that their balance improved by 17 per cent on the berg Balance Scale and by  on the Fullerton Advance Balance Scale. In addition the researchers noticed that participants also had an improved confidence in their ability to balance. This is important as there is a high incidence of falls in stroke cities which leads  to other complications such as fractures. The  endurance levers of the participants too improved. The participant also enjoyed doing yoga and wanted to continue practicing in after the study was over.
Plate replaces the food pyramid

Quite a few nutritionists now design a person's diet portions using the plate as a measure.Slowly n the good pyramid is finding less and less buyers. When the diet plan is based on the plate , it becomes easy to under stand and follow .There is simply no confusion. It makes a lot pf practical sense
.

Recently , the Obama administration too announced that they will be ditching the good pyramid that represented healthy eating for over two decades in Favorited of a circular plate .The administration even has designed a new logo that consists of a plate with four colored sextons representing fruits , vegetable ,grains and protein. The  message is clear fill up half your plate with fruits and vegetables. Accompanying the plate in the logo is a small glass perhaps suggesting a milk or yoghurt. The plate also suggests other messages regarding healthy eating such as eat smaller portions and switch to low tat milk . Although it has begun in the US , the trend is expected to catch up soon across the world.

SEBI vs SAHARA
For the kind attention of our esteemed Investors,Customers,Business Associates, beloved Karyakartas and the Citizens of our nation.

Sahara India Pariwar, the World 's Largest Family and a truly India Company, has been making sincere efforts over the last few months to comply with the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India pertaining to the ongoing litigation with the Securities and Exchange Board of India SEBI

Yet ,in spite of all our committed efforts and sincere hard-work, all our proposals have been turned down by SEBI under the pretext of complying with the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. SEBI only knows their intention best.To cite an instance ,in March 2012, Sahara had offered one property as security to protect the interest of its esteemed investigation government approved valuer name not disclosed had given the valuation of 8.72 crore per acre for the said land , which was also accepted by a nationalized banks as security of its dues .However SEBI on the basis of certain misrepresentations and concealment ,obtained from the same valuer a valuation for the assets located in a similar location of 54 lack per acre. The difference was almost 100:6 as this property was valued at 16 times lesser than ours .SEBI of reasons best known to them obtained a very less value . almost 9 times less than the government circle rate.

As yet another example ,SEBI  has placed irrelevant facts before the Hon' able Court about the valuation of two prestigious properties belonging to our group, submitted by us to SEBI recently, which has needlessly prolonged the matter. SEBI  has tried to convince ever one that in a no development zone , nothing at all can be developed The connotation of these words is as such, yes but the fact is that throughout the country development of residential , commercial it establishments etc.are allowed and townships are developed in no n development zones.

Further, an amount of 5120 Crore was deposited by  Sahara with SEBI almost a year ago but a major protein of it is yet to be disbursed. In fact , till date only an amount  of around 30 lack  has been disbursed ,which is not equivalent to even a days interest on the said  total  amount deposited with (SEBI)

We ,at Sahara  reiterate the fact that we have been a disciplined , committed , quality conscious and low abiding business organization over the past 35 years of our existence and even in the mist of this challenging phase of life , we are committed to enthusiastically com;y with the directions given by the Hon' ble  supreme court of India. we do have the highest regard and full faith in our judicial system and firmly believer that just can be delayed but can never be denied.

We would like to confidently reassure our esteemed depositors , customers, business associates our beloved Karyakartas and well wishers across the globe that their'Sahara will successfully overcome these challenges and will go on to make continuous , qualitative and quantitative progress in every sphere of activity  for all times to come.

Happy Meryy Christmas 2013
Christmas may be seven months away, but Texas is ready for it.

State lawmakers there waged their own battle against the so-called War on Christmas on Friday, passing legislation,House Bill 308, that allows public school teachers to say "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Hanukkah" and display Christmas trees, nativity scenes or menorahs. Winter displays must represent more than one religion or include secular symbols.

But while the legislation specifies that schools may not constitutionally favor one religion over another, the bill is named for only one religion's holiday -- Christmas.
"Teachers have enough on their plate to worry about [whether] the school district's going to be sued or if they can call a Christmas tree a Christmas tree," said state Rep. Dwayne Bohac (R), who sponsored the legislation.
He told KTBC in Austin that he came up with the idea when his six-year-old son told him about how he had "decorated the holiday tree with holiday ornaments."

He told KTBC in Austin that he came up with the idea when his six-year-old son told him about how he had "decorated the holiday tree with holiday ornaments."
"I was a little bit flabbergasted and a little bit upset that we've become so politically correct that we can't call a federal holiday by its name," said Bohac.
State Sen. Robert Nichols (R), who introduced the companion bill in the Senate, said he feared it was "becoming less culturally acceptable to openly celebrate these holidays in the ways past generations have."
